Access levels in Spotify for Creators

Access levels determine what you can see and do in Spotify for Creators.

You get an access level for these tabs:

• Episodes
• Analytics
• Monetize
• Comments
• Settings

Note: You might have different access in different places.

You can see your access levels and what they mean in Spotify Manage.

Changing access levels

Only Admins can change access levels. You can see who your Admins are by going to Spotify Manage and selecting the team.

1. Go to manage.spotify.com/teams.
2. Select the team.
3. Select the person whose access you want to change.
4. Choose their access levels then click Save.

Set user as admin lets the person manage your team, invite and remove team members, and change team members’ access levels. Teams can have more than one Admin. For accounts with multiple shows, adding permissions for a teammate unlocks that level of access for all shows.

Note: Some access levels aren’t available for some features where there’s nothing to edit.
